Bellevue & Mercer Island
Long time recognized for its close proximity to Seattle, Bellevue is distinctly and uniquely located across Lake Washington and connected directly to Seattle by the I-90 and WA 520 bridges. Burien & Normandy Park
Lying just West of Sea-tac International Airport Burien, Washington is only 20 minutes South of Seattle. Gig Harbor

Issaquah
Issaquah Washington is known for it local history and quaint downtown shopping area. Situated in the lower foothills of the Cascade Mountain range, Issaquah shares the geography of a valley and plateau area. Outdoor actives such as water sports, hiking, bicycling, and hang gliding are resident favorite sports. The annual Salmon festival brings thousand of residents and visitors together to celebrate the historic salmon spawning in Issaquah Creek.
Kent
The city of Kent Washington is located half way between Seattle and Tacoma. With well established urban housing areas, close proximity to regional shopping malls centrally located between the Cascade Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, Kent offers a great quality of life for it's residents.
Kirkland

Tacoma

Tri-Cities
The Tri-Cities region is comprised of the cities of Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richland, and other surrounding towns. The region enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and offers visitors and residents a year-round outdoor paradise. The confluence of the Snake, Yakima and Columbia rivers has produced an aquatic playground that is second to none.
Wenatchee
Sitting in nearly the center of the state, Wenatachee, Wa is known for its 300 plus days of sunshine! With 4 distinct seasons recreation opportunities such as hiking, white water rafting, world class snow skiing, boating and fishing abound. Agriculture plays a prominent role in the Wenatchee area, with cherries and apples among the top crops.
West Seattle
Located on a North/South facing peninsula just West of Seattle and across Elliot Bay, Alki (West Seattle) can be accessed from Seattle via water taxi or by driving over the I-90 bridge. As the original site of Seattle, Alki boasts beautiful beaches along the shores of the Puget Sound. Alki beach being the best know area is considered a funky beachfront community with great restaurants, and arguably some of the most outstanding views of Puget Sound.
Yakima
The Yakima area and surrounding valley that it lies in, is considered to be one of the premier apple growing regions in the world! Also known for its hop crops, this fertile valley has recently become an outstanding producer of wine as well. A favorite venue for visitors is the wine tours and with soil conditions similar to that of France and with outstanding weather conditions, the Yakima area is rapidly becoming known as a top wine producing region.
